International Shipping And Customs

All of eKada orders are shipped Worldwide from our warehouses across India to your provided shipping address by leading International shipping agency .Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with our shipping partner to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from our shipping partner for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay that amount directly at the time of delivery.

In case of customer refuses to pay the custom duty or any additional import duties, then customer would be liable to bear the shipping charges and balance amount would be refund after deducting the shipping charges for the particular shipment.

International Shipping Charge
eKada Online Supermarket Pvt Ltd delivers globally and assures that the best possible courier agencies is used to deliver your product. International Shipping cost minimum Rs. 1500 (21 USD Approximated ) for the first product, after which Rs. 500 (7 USD Approximated ) is added per product.

For Indian Customers, GST will be charged as specified. For international customers we send the package as a personal use item only but if the customs is applied for that country it needs to be paid by the customer and take the delivery for same. Company is not responsible for any Custom duties. The information about customs if applied will be informed to customer via email/phone.

Delays in Delivery

Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays if any. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason

Important information regarding Address

Any changes in your address needs to be informed to us within 24 hours of placing the order. You cannot make any alterations to your address 24 hours past your order placement/after the parcel is shipped.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will bear the cost of any such penalties/fees. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

Please make sure there is somebody available to collect the package when the delivery is made as in some countries parcels will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell. Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.

Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment. Note both the addresses can be same or different depending on the customer choice.

Product Availability

We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In the unlikely event when we’re not able to send your order or replacement due to unavailability of the product in our warehouse, we will inform you within a maximum of 2 working days from the date you place the order.


We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests within 24 hours of placement of order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they are processed.

Lost In transit

We send our parcels fully insured to our customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. We will not responsible for lost/stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by postal / courier agency.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess the same order. In case a replacement is not available of the same design we may ask you to either take a refund or select alternate product.

Order And International Payment:

Place an order using international  Credit Card / Debit Card via Razorpay Payment Gateway and complete the payment.

Order confirmation:
You will receive an e – mail for your order confirmation with product details, along with the order value, shipping charges and delivery address.

Order delivery:
We deliver within 07-12 Days to any international location. Remote areas as suggested by our courier partners will take additional 2 days.

Return Policy:
For our international orders, we take special care to check the quality of products before sending them. We only send the best products and request our customers to check the size guide / chart and product details before placing the orders.
Therefore, we currently do not have a return policy for international orders.
