Product Delivery 

We will try to deliver the products as per the order placed by the user. Currently we are delivering anywhere in India .We will cancel the orders placed outside the delivery area.The delivery area may subject to change without prior notice. All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice and we reserve rights to cancel the products in an order which are not available at the time of delivery. We also reserve the right to cancel orders that are notified as bulk purchases, commercial purpose, other store’s purchases and / or other similar reasons. We have the rights to cancel or modify the order’s FREE GIFTS provided by eKADA.in.

Every care shall be taken to deliver the goods to the intended recipient. But eKADA.in shall not be held responsible for any wrong delivery of the product based on the address given by the customer or if any person imposes to be the actual recipient and takes delivery of goods.

The product/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied and ekada disclaims all or any of them to the fullest extent. Any warranties or After Sale Services if any offered by the Manufacturers/Vendors on any product shall be serviced directly by such Manufacturer/Vendor and eKADA.in shall not be under any obligation to ensure compliance or handle complaints.

Order  Cancellation by Customer :
You can cancel the order within 2 hours after placing an order at www.ekada.in. However in some cases we will allow to cancellation up to  24 hour time period if the order is not processed/shipped.(Please note that www.eKada.in has the right to accept or reject such requests received after 2 hours).

2. Limitations On Quantities Available For Purchase
3. Inaccuracies Or Mistakes In Product Or Pricing Or Promotion Information
4. Problems/defects Identified By Our Credit or Stocks
5. Inaccurate or insufficient shipping address
6. Non-Serviceable Locations
In such cases we will notify the customer within 2 working days of  the order has been placed and will initiate the refund after getting confirmation from the customer.

Expected refund time if Order cancelled by ekada.in :
Time to get credit the refund back to customer’s account after initiating the
refund:
1. Debit card/credit card/netbanking : 3-6 working days from the date of refund
initiated
2. NEFT transfer : 3-6 working days from the date of refund initiated

Order confirmation:
You will receive an e – mail for your order confirmation with product details, along with the order value, shipping charges and delivery address.

Pricing

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If we cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Acknowledgement

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail and SMS confirming receipt of your order. This will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

Buyer need to raise the return request within 7 days from the date of product delivery to our Customer care  by Live Chat( 09:30 to 18:30 IST) or Offline message  / Whatsapp : +91-8330800130  /email :   info@ekada.in

Please note that After 7 days of the delivery of the product the return Option will not be available against the individual order.

  • In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, in its original packaging and tags.
  • When will my return get picked up?
    We send the return pick-up request to our Logistic partners as soon as we receive the return request from you. Our Logistic partner pick-up the Product/s within 5 days of receiving the request.
  • Our Logistic Partners shall make three attempts to pick up the Product/s. If the item is not picked up in the third attempt, the return request shall be considered complete at our end. In that scenario, you can raise a fresh Return request in case you are eligible. For more details, please contact our Customer Care.
  • There are certain pin-codes where our transport partners currently do not support pick-up of returned items .Such area returns product shall be ship to us  by customer self  .Courier charge RS 100 will be refund to customer after submit courier receipt .
  • Any exchange or returns for other than manufacturing defect, the shipping and COD charges if any, will not be refunded.
  • For exchange if requested product available in stock with us then new product will be sent to customer as early as possible after the receipt and verification of the product by eKada quality department  .
  • eKada.in reserves the right to reject the claim of any return/exchange request raised by the buyer if any physical damage of the product by the customer .

Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed/damaged at the time of delivery.All returned items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

After getting confirmation from the customer care, the products should be returned in the original condition with the order number which has provided by the company. The product should be returned with:
A. Original packaging and accessories. The product must be in original condition.
B. Original serial number.
C. Original package with the price tags, labels, freebies and accessories and along with the original Invoice.
D. Products which were sold as combos/sets, has to be returned as such.

The customer shall not be eligible to get any compensation for any reason whatsoever, including non-availability of the product, delay in service.

Product Color Disclaimer:

The individual features of all the products and their specifications as shown on our website are only fairly accurate values.

      We ensure the accuracy of all the specifications of our products; there may however occur variations in color of the actual product against that as shown on the website due to the lighting conditions and differences in display output due to color settings and digital photography, as well as the capability of different monitors.

Note :- Exchange  allowed only one time for an order and Regular price only applicable for all kind of exchange .  All offer applicable only for cash purchase. 
The item if under the special category of products that do not belong to the items for
which exchange and cannot be provided for exchange.

Damaged/Defective Products

We take at most care not to deliver any defective products. If a product found defective, it will be replaced at no cost with no questions asked. You can get the product replaced or get the amount credited to your   account. You can intimate the return within 7 days of delivery.

Delivery Policy
A. All orders are subject to the availability of the product.
B. eKada.in  offers delivery all over India.
C. An estimated delivery date will be provided to the customer once the order is placed. An email confirmation/notification will be sent to the customer.
D. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the items ordered.
1. Delivery Location- Items offered on our website are only available for delivery in India.
2. Delivery will be made within 7 working days after the payment is processed.
Events Out of Our Control
The company shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance of the obligations, due to any unforeseen events or force majeure. This events includes any act, non-happening, omission, commission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
1. Strikes, harthal, lock-outs or other industrial unrest.
2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster calamities.
4. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport conveyance.
5. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
6. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions by the government/court.
